职位描述: Position: Assistant Finance Manager Reports to Site Manager (Gui Lin)Head of Finance (Base in HQ)Location: Gui Lin桂林JOB OBJECTIVES: Manage the activities of operational finance & accounting, budgeting & analysis, reporting, cash management functions by developing, implementing and monitoring to ensure in line with xxx AG regulation & PRC relevant regulations. The incumbent ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data and proper information is maintained for historical purposes. Act as a liaison between the company, BU Regional Office, xxx Greater China Service Platform, government and auditors to provide required information.Key Accountabilities:2 Establishing, reviewing, monitoring, and enforcing financial control policies and procedures in accordance with xxx AG requirements and lead the execution of regulatory compliance. 2 Managing operational finance, leading planning/forecasting process to ensure timely and accurate completion. Managing and performing the timely and accurate completion of all financial/management reporting. 2 Inferring business impact from financial data, and making appropriate recommendations and identifying key financial risks to management, helping the site to achieve objectives and goals. 2 Monitor the implementation of financial policies & procedures and internal control regulations in line with PRC relevant regulations and xxx requirements. 2 Overseeing and managing all government relationships which including Tax, banking etc. 2 Determining the organizational structure of finance function, and supervising/developing finance staff. Qualifications and Requirements2 A degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA would be a plus. 2 8-10years work experience in finance/Accounting function in MNC, 5 years or above in finance management position. 2 Solid knowledge and understanding in IFRS/PRC GAAP plus local taxation/regulations will be helpful. Preferably with experience for ERP system, such as SAP, JDE, HYP. 2 Good command in both written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership & team building skills.
