| 职位描述： | 汇报对象： 总经理职责管理财务团队1. 设计，执行涉及公司财务，应付账，应收账，现金调节，财产评估等体系并进行管理2. 制定日常开支，原材料，员工，水电等公共事业的季度预算3. 有效管理现金流转4. 退税处理5. 给美国总部提供月度财务报表6. 所有增值税，退款等财务处理7. 确定重大项目的真实成本8. 为ERP系统有效的执行和整合提供支持 条件:1. 本科,财务或会计专业2. 6年以上会计或财务方面的经验，3年以上制造型企业财务管理经验3. ERP财务模块的使用及退税方面有丰富的经验4. 良好的中英文沟通能力5. 良好的分析及解决问题的能力6. 熟练操作办公软件Report to ： GM Responsibilities: To manage the Finance team.1. To design, implement and manage the systems needed to control the company’s finances; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Reconciliation, Inventory Valuation, and General Ledger.2. To compile quarterly budgets for expenses; materials, staff, utilities, etc.3. To manage cash flow effectively.4. To handle all tax returns.5. To compile monthly financials for the US headquarters.6. To handle all VAT issues; rebates, etc7. To determine the true cost of manufacturing significant jobs.8. To support a team responsible for the implementation and integration of an effective ERP System.Qualifications: 1.A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 2.At least 6 years experience in accounting and financial functions with 3 years management experience which focus on manufacturing industry 3.Experienced in using the Finance module of a highly integrated ERP system and VAT refund 4.Must have strong communication skills in Chinese and English 5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 6.Proficient with Microsoft Office Software请将中英文简历发到邮箱 |
