| 职位描述： | Responsibilities:
-Full accountability for Sales, Service, Operations and cash targets for the Jenbacher business in China -Designing and developing operative and strategic principles for GE Jenbacher in China -Control and coordination of internal order and sales processes -Deliver branch sales and operations objectives consistent with business plans -Develop & Manage distributor network in China to support Growth -Consistently assess and optimize branch profitability in order to meet region and business standards -Acquisition and creation of long-term customer relationships and extending customer base - manage strategic customer relationships and focus on customer satisfaction and growth -Close cooperation with Functional Management in Jenbach -Regular reporting to General Manager of GE Jenbacher in Austria -Representing GE Jenbacher towards regional institutions, organizations and authorities -Identify and develop local pipeline (including interactions and exposure with technical schools) for technical staff -Hire, coach and support Branch Operations, Sales, Hourly staff Qualifications: -Electrical/electronic/mechanical educational background and significant commercial experience - distinct business acumen -Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience -Experience in leadership - with focus on human resource development, performance management, etc. - demonstrated ability to provide proactive, positive coaching and development -Strong business, financial and technical skills - demonstrated sales and operations success -Good market knowledge -Experience/knowledge of growing business in new markets - develop and conduct growth activities -Ability to think conceptional and strategic with concentration on realization -Highly developed skill and expertise in Customer interaction, negotiation and issue resolution -Strong communication and negotiation skills in English |
