| 职位描述： | Main objectives and activity:
Lead standard cost study for various products: input/output, variance analysis, measurement, and interpretation of cost or planning data. Lead financial control over estimates, documents, or reports requiring financial approval. Lead timely and completely periodical closing. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of cost collection. Identify issues in daily operation and figures out possible solutions. Lead the preparation of financial reports including actual reporting, forecast and budget. Drive operation performance via data analysis & process review Lead process improvement team as per requirement. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related. Desired: 5 years experience with costing is a must; Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese & English Strong interpersonal skill Strong analytic skills Team work spirit & eager to learn Knowledge of Oracle& ERP is preferred |
