| 职位描述： | ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, direct and continually develop manufacturing operations, members, processes and resources to support stated business plans, goals and objectives. - Develop and implement budgets based on sales forecasts adjusting manufacturing and production processes to meet targets. - Continue the implementation of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma techniques, and mfg technology to improve workflow, reduce cycle time and costs. - Responsible for materials management, production planning, maintenance, shipping and other manufacturing activities. - Actively participates in scheduled safety meetings to review safety and environmental performance. - Influence working relationships will exist internally with other internal functions and with outside vendors, suppliers, customers and distributors. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Operations Management preferred. - Minimum 1-2 years manufacturing or supply-chain experience running and growing successful manufacturing operations. - Proven participative management type leader and team player, with a track record in change management, and proven qualifications as an internal facilitator at the executive level. - Understanding and experience with world class manufacturing principles including Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma technologies. - Good communication and management skills& team spirit; - Excellent English skill in both verbal & written |
