| 职位描述： | In the leading position of systems engineering you are responsible for a team of about 7 employees as well as for the fulfillment of customer orders.
Your responsibilities: Lead Engineering Team on site in China Localization of the package design Optimization of the systems for the South-East Asian market Customer order integration and fulfillment in terms of the requirements of the Supply Chain Guarantee on time delivery for parts lists and documentation Guarantee the quality of the product as well as the documentation Support of the global sourcing activities with help of standardized specifications of additional purchase components Close co-operation with the development departments as well as the systems assembly Your qualifications: Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 3 – 5 years of industrial experience in a leading position (systems technology, project management) in an international surrounding Excellent oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English) High personal persuasiveness and innovativeness with a strong process orientation Desirable: Experience in systems construction and module design in the energy, or oil & gas industry Capacity to handle deadline pressure, as well as ongoing flexibility Experience in leadership of Change Management Ability to interact successfully in a cross cultural team environment Ideally with experience in both European and Chinese business cultures. Exceptional personal integrity and command of English and Chinese language subtleties to articulate ideas and generate team support Customer Focus and troubleshooting skills Willingness to travel |
