| 职位描述： | 工作职责：
负责发展，评估，审批WPS、PQR和所有与焊接相关的工艺性文件 建立、评估、审批焊接制造方法，MPP，路线图并设计所需工具； 确保对车间操作者进行的技术交底会是在有效地管理中； 对工程师、车间操作者做WPS、PQR、工艺方法、MPP、及路线图方面的培训; 负责焊接工艺技术方面的技术转让; 解决车间和工地制造发生的问题; 推进焊接工具及焊接消耗品的成本降低; 在制造工艺设计中推行精益生产的理念; 完成经理或主管指派的其它任务. 职位要求： 熟悉焊接加工工艺流程 强烈的团队意识 好的沟通能力 熟练的英语听说读写能力 较强的领导能力 Responsibility: Be responsible to develop, review and approve the WPS, PQR and all welding related documents; Be responsible to develop, review and approve the WPS, PQR and all welding related documents; Set up, review and approve the manufacturing methods, MPP, routing sheet and tooling; Ensure the handover meeting to shop workers is properly conducted; Coach the manufacturing engineer and shop workers on WPS, PQR, methods, MPP and routing; Lead the technology transfer in welding discipline; Problem solving in shop manufacturing and site manufacturing Drive cost reduction in tooling and welding consumable; Pursue the lean in manufacturing design; Complete all other tasks manager assigned Requirement： Be familiar with welding manufactory process Strong team work skill Good communication skill Excellent English skill both on oral and written Strong leadership |
