| 职位描述： | ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead advanced manufacturing engineering activities in support of New Product Introduction programs. 2.Plan, specify, procure, certify and implement into production, high quality, cost effective fabrication, machining, assembly and test processes. 3.Perform scope and manufacturing feasibility studies in support of NPI Program. 4.Lead plant process/production line development and problem resolution. 5.Effectively communicate with global and local team for successful implementation of NPI 6.Develop and manage program cost and equipment & process schedules on assigned projects. 7.Actively participate as a global program team member with all functions: Design, quality, sourcing, EHS and Manufacturing. 8.Lead Project manufacturing Reviews. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor Degree of Mechanical engineering. 2. 10+ years of manufacturing/quality control experience in one or more of the following areas: fabrication, machining, lean manufacturing. 3. Excellent project tracking and detailed planning skills required. 4. Bilingual in Chinese and English & able to communicate technical details in both languages. 5. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and result-oriented mindset able to working within cross-functional team environment. 6. Computer literate and skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & AutoCAD/UG. 7. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and statistical process control |
